Camp Alive will be located at Deer Creek Camp in Medina, TX. Transportation will be provided from the church. Friday drop-off begins at 4pm and Sunday and we will arrive back at the church at 3:30 on Sunday afternoon. Further info will be provided in an email.

Making a payment does not register your student. This registration form must be filled out and submitted. You will receive an email confirming your registration.
